Parents / Guardians are reminded to please call the school and leave a message regarding your child's absence.  There is an answering machine available as well at 613-379-2991.  Thank you!

Board Policy requires each student to return a signed parental consent form before they can participate in a field trip.  Each student receives a form for each excursion.  Verbal permission is no longer acceptable for permission.  Should the need arise there is a blank permission form attached to this notice.  Please fill in the appropriate details and return to the school.

All volunteers must have a police check, whether it is for a one day school excursion or for regular volunteering.  The OPP will do the check.  If you are interested in volunteering, please contact the office and we will provide you with a form, which you will then take to the OPP Napanee detachment to request a police check!
