2013 K2K Jamaica Mission Trip

Eighteen students and four staff supervisors from Holy Cross & Regiopolis-Notre Dame Catholic High Schools left for Kingston, Jamaica on on Friday, February 15 for this year's K2K Jamaica Mission Trip. They will return on February 24th. As on past trips they will be volunteering at different projects through St. Patrick's Foundation, including St. Monica's (a home for abandoned elderly persons), St. Margaret's & Riverton City (remedial schools for disadvantaged children and teens), as well as with talented young people who are part of the Seaview Gardens Performing Arts Band. Each of the students and staff have either a wheelchair or a donation bag loaded with medical and school supplies to take with them to Jamaica. The Holy Cross & Regi High School communities sent them off with many prayers and best wishes for an exciting experience in Jamaica.
