Student Illness
Just a reminder.....
With the cold and flu season here, you are reminded that your school policy, in keeping with the direction of the K.F.L. & A. Health Unit, is that children who are suffering from a cold, flu or similar potentially infectious virus need to be kept home until they are well enough to attend.  If a child is at school, they need to be well enough to participate in regular school activities.   We do not have the ability to "keep them in" at recess or lunch.  If, in our opinion, your child should not be at school due to illness, we will call you immediately to have him or her picked up.  It is best to keep them home until they are recovered so that they don't become ill again soon.  Our goal is to keep all students and staff healthy and we appreciate your support.

Thank you!

Winter Clothing
Just a reminder to parents / guardians.....now that the winter season is here in full force, our hallways are full of winter clothing - hats, mitts, scarfs, snow pants, boots, etc.  It is very important that you label your child's clothing as we see many similar outfits in the hallway, and this will eliminate any questions of what belongs to who!  Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
