Each member of the J.J. O'Neill Catholic School Community Council (hereinafter referred to as Council) shall commit to the mission statements of the Algonquin & Lakeshore Catholic District School Board.

The Algonquin & Lakeshore Catholic District School Board Mission Statement is:

"As followers of Christ, our mission within our school system, in partnership with the Catholic community, is to serve one another in the development of each person as a caring and contributing member of society."

The J.J. O'Neill Catholic School's Mission Statement is:

"The staff of J.J. O'Neill Catholic School, sharing a common faith, are committed to provide each student the opportunity to grow in faith, respect and concern for each other, while at the same time develop his/her spiritual potential to the fullest.
